USDT/EUR P2P live market study: the lowest price is only the first filter.
We sampled the current Binance P2P USDT/EUR buy book and tested the same market at four order sizes. The goal is not to crown a permanent winner; it is to show how limits, inventory, merchant history and payment rails change which quote is actually executable.
What changes when the order gets larger?
The headline best rate can survive a small order and disappear for a larger one because each advertiser sets a fiat minimum and maximum and has finite crypto inventory. That means a comparison engine should filter for executability before it ranks by price.

This table preserves the merchant-level context that a one-number price widget removes. Completion rate and trade count are not guarantees, but they are useful execution context alongside limits and payment compatibility.

Payment rails are separate liquidity pools
Advertisers choose which rails they accept. A quote that looks cheapest across all methods may be irrelevant if your bank or fintech account cannot use that rail. The current sample exposed 12 normalized payment-method labels: BANK, BBVABank, BankofGeorgia, Bunq, CaixaBank, DukascopyBank, Fastoowallet, N26, SEPA, SEPAinstant, TBCbank, Wise.
Merchant quality belongs next to price
A small price advantage can be economically trivial on a modest order while differences in limits, payment compatibility or execution history are operationally important. Lumpascan therefore keeps Best Rate mathematical and surfaces merchant context separately.
How this study is calculated
1. Lumpascan requests the official-public Binance P2P USDT/EUR BUY market and normalizes merchant, price, fiat limits, available USDT and payment-method identifiers into one schema.
2. For each test amount (€100, €500, €1,000 and €5,000), an offer is eligible only when the amount is inside the advertiser's fiat minimum/maximum and does not exceed known available inventory.
3. Best Rate is the lowest eligible BUY price. No affiliate status, sponsorship or editorial preference changes that calculation.
4. The sample is a point-in-time market observation, not a promise of future availability. P2P books can move within seconds, and the final order must be verified on the exchange.
